3. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

Once your order is confirmed and payment is validated, we begin processing immediately.

  • Processing Time:‌ We ship within ‌2 working days‌ (Monday–Friday, excluding Croatian public holidays).
  • Delivery Time (Domestic):‌ Delivery typically takes ‌3–7 business days‌ for orders within Croatia.
  • Delivery Time (International):‌ Varies by destination, usually ‌7–20 business days‌ depending on customs and carrier schedules.
    Delays due to logistics disruptions, weather, or customs procedures are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed whenever possible.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination country/region
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

  • Free Shipping:‌ We occasionally offer promotional free shipping for domestic orders over a certain amount. Follow our website or newsletter for updates.

5. Order Tracking

We provide full tracking for all shipped orders. As outlined in our FAQ:
“We’ll send a tracking number to your email once your order ships, you can check it anytime.”

  • The tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s journey.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 working days, please contact us.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International Orders:‌ Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.
  • EU Orders:‌ No customs duties apply within the European Union, but local VAT may be included at checkout where applicable.

8. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping address is ‌complete and accurate‌ during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Package:‌ If your order arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the package and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.
  • Lost Package:‌ If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.

10. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages if some products are out of stock or require special handling. You will be notified and receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
  • No additional shipping charges apply in case of split shipments.

11. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During holidays (e.g., Christmas, Easter) or promotional sales, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will announce any expected delays on our website and via order confirmation emails.
